Here's some new pictures of the kids. Olivia is feeling great, and sounding a little bit more like her old these days. We had her update on Tuesday and everything looks great. I love the outfit she wore today. We got her this shirt in Vegas. She never wore it yet, but she knew as soon as she saw it that that was Las Vegas.
Deacon has been on a roll lately with calling his grandpa's Grandma. He calls Grandpa Louie, Grandma Louie no matter how many times we correct him. He can say Grandpa, he used to say that, but for some reason he just decided calling them both Grandma was the way to go. Yesterday Lauren, Steven, and their mom were over, and when going down the stairs Teresa told Steven to be careful, so now that is Deacon's new phrase. We got his trike out today and let him ride it around the garage, driveway and sidewalk. He's getting pretty good at it. Everytime he backs up he has to say "Back it Up".
Today was Olivia's last day of school except for a day at the park on Tuesday. They had them color a picture on their first day of school this year, and the same picture today. Wow, what an improvement this year has made. Her teacher said that she had a few tears today. They were playing during free time, and she just started crying because she missed Lily. They had a talk with her about more than heaven. We picked flowers and put them on the grave today. This really quite an ordeal. My mom thinks she needs another kitten, but I think dealing with it is the way to go.
Well I am off to watch Deja Vu. We'll see if Denzel pulls off another good movie. We had Happy Feet too this week. Olivia seemed to enjoy that.
